Guest access Starting from Gym on ground floor, sauna and bathroom, climbing to 1st floor with hanging pool, outside shower, terrace, fireplace & barbecue, toilet, living room and kitchen. On the same level but behind the house there are 3 parking places. Climbing up will get You to 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom & TV, and from corridor You can access to a balcony with Jacuzzi / hot tub. Beautiful view from there. On top of all there are stairs leading to roof, which is a large relaxing place used for sunbathing, chilling out or even open sleeping ;) View from top is amazing, covering all of the bay in one. You definitely need to spent some time on the roof terrace, it is unique. Other things to note Possibility of boat berth for boats up to 7 meter long, and draft of 1m.
