Rustic Tuscan House

The property is surrounded by 2 hectares of land, the majority is terraced with olive trees. The property is reached easily from the main street. The cottage is set amidst a beautiful well kept garden, equipped with two outdoor areas with tables, chairs and barbeque for your dining al fresco. There is a nice swimming pool (set in earth, 6.30x4.30m, deep: 1.55m) on the side of the house, with deckchairs and sun-beds. Living room with couch and 1 bed settee (1.20m), upholstered chairs, TV. From the kitchen exit onto the outdoor area: 1 double bedroom with a large cupboard, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet. Guest access The property and the pool is completely available for the our guests. Other things to note Pets are allowed and the cost for each week per animal is 30€ to be paid at the tome of your booking.We carea lot about the rest of our guests,in fact we havean extra large bed with a heightof 2 meters by a widthof 1,8 meters .For the third and fourth person we have a sofa bed to sleep.Our stay from may 1st to September 30th are from Saturday to Saturday and minimum of 7 night.The other months minimum stay 3 night. The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30th September. During the winter period heating is provided on consumption at a cost of 3€ per hour,with reading of the hour counter the time of your ceck in. We also have an air conditioning service wich is on consumption with a cost of 0,5€ per kilowatt hour with the vision of the kilowatt hour counter at the time of your ceck in.
