Guests are provided with the use of hotel-quality luxury towels, bed linen and superfast fibre broadband at no extra cost. You can relax on a private, covered veranda and take in the surrounding forests and mountains. We regularly see red squirrels, many types of unusual birds and deer. We look forward to welcoming you to Ruskin Lodge! *KITCHEN* Induction hob, grill, steam oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. Mugs, coffee cups, plates (flat, side & pasta), bowls, cutlery, pots & pans, glasses, cooking utensils and serving dishes. Cooking oil, salt, pepper and a starter pack of tea, coffee and sugar will be supplied. Alcove dining area for six people. *LIVING ROOM* Italian leather three-seater sofas and an armchair. Spacious and light lounge with 42” TV / DVD player, Amazon Firestick streaming device (so you can log in to your Netflix, Sky or Amazon Prime account), hi-fi with radio, books, films and board games. HDMI cable for TV so you can link it to your laptop or games console. *BEDROOM 1 - MASTER* King sized bed, electric blanket, wash hand basin, wardrobe and chest of drawers. *BEDROOM 2 - DOUBLE* King sized bed, electric blanket, wardrobe and chest of drawers. *BEDROOM 3 - TWIN* Two full sized single beds suitable for adults or children, electric blankets, wardrobe and chest of drawers. One of the single beds can be set low for younger children. This room can also be converted into a double or a writer’s room / study. *BATHROOM* Electric shower, bath, wash hand basin. Luxury hand towels, bath towels & face cloths are supplied. *OUTDOOR SPACE* Covered and gated veranda with views of the surrounding forest and mountains. Table and chairs for six people, picnic table, parking spaces for two cars. *EXTRAS* Cot with mattress (please bring your own bedding), baby bath, changing mat and high chair available. Washing machine / dryer. Superfast fibre broadband. Guests are given full access to all areas of the lodge but we ask that you only use the bedrooms you need. We include £10 per night fair use electricity allowance in every booking, with any excess taken from your deposit at the end of your stay. We are an ethical self-catering business. The lodges were purpose-built as holiday homes and were only granted planning permission on the grounds that they couldn't be used to live in year-round. This means we're not taking a home away from the local long-term rental or housing market - a big issue for communities in Argyll.
