There is a washer and dryer as well. -Master Bedroom has memory foam queen bed -Second Bedroom has two twin beds -2 Couches fold out to beds and air mattress also available -Room for tents in front/back or space for small camper/trailer in driveway -Parking spaces included -Buoy for mooring a boat -A wood burning stove -Ample windows open and give natural light and breeze (new front windows replaced in 2021) -Private dock with access to crystal-clear Mullett Lake -5 minutes from public boat launch to Mullett Lake with access to Burt Lake, Cheboygan and Indian Rivers, and more! -Gas grill w/grill tools and propane -Patio furniture, outdoor tables and deck chairs with outdoor umbrella -Outdoor fire pit -32" tv with antenna (WiFi is included) -Nearby hiking and biking trails within minutes from the cottage There are two bedrooms, both of which now have doors. This cottage is perfect for an escape to beautiful Northern Michigan to enjoy Mullett Lake. This place truly is one of a kind. Public boat launch is 5 min. away. Access to shops and groceries in Topinabee and Cheboygan close by. Only a 30 minute drive to Mackinaw City! Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage, the front and back yards, and the private dock with Mullett Lake in your front yard! We have a dock and platform that you may also use and a buoy if you need to moor a boat. Water is perfect for swimming! This is Northern Michigan, so don't forget your bug spray! You may also want to bring water shoes for swimming in the lake (it is very sandy, but there can be the occasional rock/shell) and sunscreen of course for those long days out in the water. There will be folding chairs for the campfire. Other things to note This is an older cottage and was remodeled in the early 1980s by my grandfather. We are continuing to make improvements to the inside and out, so please message me if you have any issues at all during your stay! There is WiFi available.
