The modern style flat, with air conditioning and central heating, will welcome you with a pleasant terrace in the front area with access to a garden and swimming pool of 7m x 3m where you can cool off on hot summer days. If you prefer to spend a more leisurely day, you can relax on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the sun or on the terrace furniture under the palm tree, play a game of ping pong or enjoy great evenings al fresco, there is even a portable barbecue. On entering, we find the dining room, with a large table and to the left the covered terrace, the ideal place to celebrate cheerful gatherings at any time of the day at the large table, where you can enjoy all kinds of delicacies. To the right, the cosy kitchen has everything an amateur chef needs to prepare a successful dinner, there is even a breakfast bar. You can shop at the supermarket across the street or buy fresh produce at the quaint local market (Tuesdays and Sundays). For a bit of peace and quiet after your meal, just across the street is the lounge area. Here you can relax on the comfortable sofa with a full stomach and finish your evening. The interior of the house is presented in a modern style. Nordic furniture and fresh, bright colours make the rooms shine in typical Majorcan style. At the back there is a hallway. Directly in front of it there is a magnificent, perfectly equipped and absolutely pleasant bathroom with shower, where you can freshen up in the mornings. And if you get tired faster than expected, you can retire to one of the 2 elegant bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds) on either side of the bathroom and recharge your batteries for the next day. The location of this flat is truly a dream for summer holiday lovers. Just walk out the door and you are on the street that takes you practically everywhere. You may feel like diving into the wonderful turquoise waters of Alcudia several times a day, pack a picnic and go out to discover the island or stay all day relaxing on a sun lounger by the pool.
