Just the road to cross to get to the beach. On the top floor, without elevator, nice studio of 24 m2 extended by a balcony equipped with a table and two chairs for lunch facing the sea. The apartment consists of an entrance with a small closet, a living room with an equipped kitchen (fridge, two-burner stove, microwave oven, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine), table, two chairs, sofa bed, TV and storage. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. Portable air conditioning cools the apartment. Private and secure parking space at the back of the residence (access through the basement is low, some SUV vehicles cannot access it, but parking in front of the residence is possible). Bakery and supermarket downstairs, city center 10 min walk along the beach, restaurants, shop... nearby! You can get everywhere on foot! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property.
