Studio on the Big Deschutes River near Sunriver

Nice studio with gorgeous views of the river. Studio is a newer addition, attached to the main house and has it’s own private entry. There is a kitchenette for all your cooking needs. Nicely decorated and has a custom bed made from old barnwood. There is a small dock for a kayak, canoe or small fishing boat. The property is located only 6 miles from one of the best Fly-Fishing locations in Oregon, Fall River. We are approximately 19 miles southwest of Bend & 4 miles southwest of Sunriver. The space The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, nestled among the pine trees in a relaxing setting. There is a small dock to moor a small fishing boat, canoe, kayak or raft. Bring your canoe, kayak or paddle board and enter the river from our private dock. You can fish from the bank or just sit and relax watching the river and enjoying the wildlife. We are only 6 miles from one of Oregon’s prime Fly-Fishing locations, Fall River. The property is located 4 miles southwest of Sunriver and approximately 19 miles south of Bend. Guest access To get to the Studio entrance, follow the walkway on the left side of the house towards the backyard. The Studio entrance is on the lower back deck of the house. Other things to note CHECK-IN is at 3:00pm CHECK-OUT is at 11:00am No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
