family home, located in a small hamlet, surrounded by fields with cows and limousin sheep, all in the shade of chestnut trees. Lovers of calm, hiking or mountain biking, you will feast. Body of water and rivers for fishermen. The village is 4 km away, on foot, by bike or by car. You will find all the necessary shops (3 bakeries, a super U, a Lidl and other shops, a market on Friday mornings). The space House of the 50s, renovated and furnished, version 2018. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms have been renovated.The house is on 2 levels: on the ground floor, a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a veranda with a large table to take your meals and a relaxation area, a bedroom with a large bed, a bathroom and toilet. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a large bed, a bedroom with 2 small beds and a corner bathroom, a toilet and a bathroom . The veranda is a great place to enjoy nature. You can eat and contemplate the landscapes. You can also enjoy the swimming pool, heated between May 15 and September 15, and relax on the wooden terrace. The house is facing south, the garden is wooded. In 2024,we obtained the 3* tourism furnished classification Guest access the garden, garage and pool for the outdoors Kitchen, bathroom(2), toilet (2), bedrooms (3), veranda and living room with fireplace (wood available) The entire house is at your disposal, with the exception of an upstairs bedroom and 2 closed wardrobes in the living room. Other things to note For stays of less than 5 days, sheets not provided. Possibility to rent them at the rate of 5 euros per bed.
