Escape the city to a clean, comfortable, modest 2-bedroom retreat on a full acre—perfect for traveling professionals, anglers, hunters, and families with older kids. You’ll have a private entrance, two bedrooms, one bath, a mini-kitchenette, and tons of parking for trucks, boats, and trailers. Evenings are made for the BBQ, fire pit, and a friendly game on the bocce ball court. Friendly dogs are welcome, and you might even spot wild horses wandering nearby. $1,800/month for extended stays. The space Bedrooms: 2 private back bedrooms Bathroom: 1 full bath Kitchenette: Mini-fridge and prep area (no sink) + small appliances Living/Dining: Casual, uncluttered setup designed for relaxing after work or a day on the water Outdoors: Fire pit, BBQ grill, bocce ball court, and ample room to spread out under the stars Lot: 1 acre—room for boats, ATVs, even horses (with prior approval) Kids over 6 years only. Smoking outdoors only please. Guest access You’ll enjoy a private rear entrance and exclusive access to the two back bedrooms, bathroom, and mini-kitchenette, plus all parking in the back area. The front of the house is off-limits please. During your stay I am available onsite for any questions or concerns, but if space and privacy is what you'd prefer, it’s all yours! Local fire restrictions may apply—please check before using the fire pit. Gas BBQ and BBQ tools provided. Laundromat close by. Laundry service available: $40/basket (local) - wash/fold/hang as requested. Nearby: Within walking distance is The Canal Wine Lounge, Fire Forno wood fired pizza and pasta, and Yogurt Beach frozen yogurt. Beds: 1 Queen, 1 Twin/daybed with twin pull out trundle. All bedding provided. Kitchenette includes: No Sink - but there is a microwave, dorm sized refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee pot, toaster, hot plate, electric kettle, minimal pots and pans and cooking utensils. Please ask if there are any questions. Provided: Shorts stays include toilet paper, paper towels, plastic cutlery, paper plates, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.
