A lovingly restored 4 bedroom, 2 sitting room, 2 bathroom, Victorian house 1.5 miles from the gorgeous beaches of Sandbanks. We are a 4 minute stroll from Parkstone Rail station which will take you directly to London Waterloo in a couple of hours. We are walking distance to some wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the vibrant Ashley Crross. Easy drive into the New Forest or heading west to Somerset and Devon. Many rooms recently refurbished - a beautiful house for a break by the sea! The space Fully equipped kitchen with Range Cooker, American style fridge, Microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso Coffee Machine. Everything a party of 8 will need. We have virgin tv, Wifi & Netflix A playstation/WiiU and many boardgames for all the family. There are 4 bikes - 2 adult bikes 2 bikes for 11/12 year olds. We have a paddle board that you are welcome to use and boogie boards/beach equipment at your disposal. BBQ in the garden. There is parking space for one car but it's very easy and free to park in the road..The Garden Office will be locked to store our personal belongings so this is the only space that you won't be able to use. Other things to note There are 5 beds but we can provide two floor mattresses for extra guests to stay in any of the large double bedrooms.
