The newly renovated apartment is accessed directly from the living room with table and chairs for dining, a small sofa, a sideboard, television and a large French window that opens onto the equipped balcony overlooking the sea. On the left there is a small but the well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In front of the bathroom lies the double bedroom, also with direct access to the balcony. The residence is situated within a fenced property (with automatic opening gate) and is surrounded by a pine forest. Inside the property there is ample free parking and plenty of space for children to play. In Albinia, which is only 1.5 km away, you will find all useful services for your stay: supermarkets, shops of all kinds, banks, post offices, restaurants, bars...
