In the middle of a wooded park, 3 km from Damville, you will find calm and nature in a beautiful setting. Space, light, old trees - NO WIFI AND ONLY TWO MOBILE PHONE PROVIDERS THAT WORK - but overflowing nature will make your stay pleasant. Be surprised by deer and pheasants in the morning or during the day. Ideal for couples, business travelers, solo travelers or families with children. The space Our gîte is located next to our stable, so you will have our horses as neighbors while they are in the box. For safety reasons, neither the horses, nor the stables, nor the horse meadows are part of the rental of the gîte. We completely renovated and furnished the gîte at the end of 2016. Cozy, on two levels, kept in simple and bright colors, its layout is therefore new. Equipped with a small dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and all kitchen utensils as well as a hairdryer and iron. The triple-glazed windows insulate perfectly, and the front door can be opened in two parts. In addition to the electric radiators, the gite has a very nice fireplace. For an evening in front of the fireplace, we provide you with firewood. You'll feel right at home. Please understand that we cannot accept your pets to keep the cottage in its condition. The cat on site is also not allowed to enter the cottage. The cottage is non-smoking and we also ask that you do not throw cigarette butts in the park or smoke near easily flammable places (hay, straw, dry grass...) We accept vehicles of 3.5t max. To arrive with a vehicle of more than 3.5t, perhaps even with a trailer, please contact us beforehand, also if you plan to come in more than two cars or to receive guests. The cottage is not intended for events or parties. Also note that the gîte does not have a TV or internet access. Apart from one provider, the property is not very well covered by the telephone network either. This will allow you to disconnect well during your stay. Just a few kilometers away, you have all the amenities of daily life, gas station, supermarket, bakeries, bank... Guest access You have the entire cottage at your disposal and can walk in the park outside the stable and meadows, as well as in our garden. Your car will find its parking space right next to the gîte.
