Family house near Adraga

Confortable and luminous house, located on the center of Almoçageme Village at about 1 km of Adragas's beach. Ideal for who is looking forword to enjoy the pleasures of the beach and the mountin escapes. At about 20min from Sintra or Cascais to visit the main monuments. On the Village you will find the most important basic services such as a groceries store, restorants and caffes. On the weekend at about 400m you will find a famous regional and biological market. The space The first floor is spacious and full of light as two bedrooms with kingsize beds, one of them as a bathroom without shower and a little balcony. As an ample and bright attic ideal for children, with the possibility of having till four individual beds. On the ground floor we have a bathroom with shower a kitchen fully equiped and a living room with TV and sound stereo. For the meals on the interior we have a table for eight next to a lovely fireplace, for the meals on the garden, two tables for a tasty barbacue or a meal made from a tradicional wood oven. There is a parking space in front of thr house (non private) and is near the bus stop of the nr 403 that does the course Cascais/Sintra. Other things to note Pets are allowed, but please let us know in advance. You will find a clean and comfortable room, with clean sheets and towels. Extra cleaning and linen change service will be provided for stays longer than 10 days. SEF - FOREIGN INFORMATION Since 2015 the Portuguese law states that all non-Portuguese nationals, whether they are from Member States of the European Union or Third Country Nationals, who use this paid accommodation establishment in every reservation need to show their passports or national ID to the host. The host will collect the required information and communicate it to the official Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF-Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras) within three days from the check-in date. This information will be requested at Check-in and will stay private. TURIST TAX - Sintra turist taxes ( 2€ per person above 13 years old, per night, for a maximum of 3 nights).
