KIMALAZ is a former 1868 wine farm. Following a complete renovation that just ended at the end of May 2019, it would like to welcome hosts. Its pool overlooks the surrounding vineyards and its neighbor the castle "La Rose Perrière". Depending on the season, its fruit trees will delight your taste buds (apples, cherries, mirabelles, plums, hazelnuts). The space The house is 70% heated by a heated floor, the rest by an electric heater. The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, an oven, a microwave, a large side-by-side fridge, large plate, remote motor hood, two deep sinks, etc... The living room includes a foosball table, and several sofas and armchairs. The dining room consists of a large table for the whole household. Bedroom 1 on the ground floor is composed of a dressing room, a shower room with toilet. Bedroom 2 on the first floor is composed of a shower room, bedroom 3 is bathroom. Opposite these two bedrooms are separate toilets. In continuity, bedroom 4 includes a bathroom with toilet. There is a beautiful and authentic Bordeaux fireplace. On the second floor is bedroom 5 with shower room and toilet. The landing leads to a toilet, shower room and bathroom. The floor ends with a dorm of about 50 m2 equipped with 3 double beds (tatami mats on the ground, ideal for children). If the weather is favorable, swimming in spring becomes possible as early as May. On the other hand, the pool is closed from the end of September. Outside there is also a terrace shaded by a pergola, a petanque court (13 m*3 m), and a swing. Guests also have access to the laundry room including laundry machine, dryer dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron. Pets not allowed. Please note that evenings are not allowed. The pool is treated with chlorine, protected by a safety curtain that can support a weight of 100 kg. After confirming your reservation, we will send you a pre-filled rental agreement to return to us signed, in which is requested an exhaustive list of guests. A deposit check for the house will be requested, and a second for the pool, not cashed and will be returned to you within 8 days of your departure, as well as a certificate of resort insurance (which does not cost you extra, simply an extension of your homeowners insurance) and a copy of your ID card. The house comes with a Verisure alarm system. Guest access you will also have access to the laundry room including washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.
