The breakfast rolls and other basics are available in the shop just 50 meters from the house. The space I think my house is architecturally very beautiful. It is a stylish villa, Bauhaus I would say, but not a villa that meets today's luxury standards. It lacks the swimming pool, the luxury bathrooms and not every detail is perfect and from a single source. If you rent my house with 4 people, everyone can also have their own room, as the sofa beds are located in two different living rooms. But you can also accommodate up to 8 people, especially if there are children. It is a house with atmosphere, facing southwest and gets a lot of sun. The garden is flat, which I very much appreciated when I visited my parents there with my small children. Even a dog is not a problem. The garden is perfectly fenced. Guest access Which areas do you have access to? You rent the entire house and the entire garden. Every now and then, a young man will come by early in the morning to keep the garden in order for me. My house has a basement and an attic, but you probably won't be interested in that. In the basement there are garden tools. If you can't help yourself, you are welcome to work in the garden. But you don't have to. If, at the time you are there, fruits are ripe, grapes or plums or raspberries, you are welcome to help yourself. There is also sage and rosemary in inexhaustible quantities. Other things to note The villa is not accessible by car, as the alleys of the village are too narrow, so that only very narrow cars and a kind of motorized cargo tricycles can pass. However, there is a public parking lot that you are guided to if you take the driveway to Pino from Switzerland. The parking is free. If it is full, you can also park at the cemetery. To unload luggage or groceries, drive past the parking lot to the small piazza, which is only 50 meters from my house. After unloading, you should put the car back in the parking lot.
