Luxury City centre studio apartment with kingsize bed, cinema screen with PS4, Netflix, Now TV etc, full kitchen and private wc in a fantastic central location just 30 metres from the High Street. Please note: The studio is located on the second storey so is away from the street, and is accessible by stairs. The Bathroom with Shower is located on the first floor and is a shared space. Our housekeeping team are on hand daily to maintain our immaculate communal areas. The space Beautiful city centre space just off the high street. Decorated to a very high standard with superb kitchen and facilities. There is also a large cinema screen, DVD and PlayStation 4, books, games and DVD's... The bed is a kingsize duvan. There is triple glazing to help soundproof the outside world, all towels and bed linen are provided and changed regularly. Any questions - Please ask!. Guest access There entrance has storage space for 2 bikes. There is an ensuite WC to the studio. Other things to note It is in the City centre, neighbouring shops, bars, clubs and restaurants, and on occasion noise from the street can be heard from the apartment. There is however triple glazing and I provide soft ear plugs just in case.
