Turimetta Beachfront House

Overlooks Turimetta beach - this holiday house is perfect for 1-2 smaller families or max 3 couples. There is an apartment on the side of the house that is occupied by long term tenants with private entrance - they have a caboodle dog. The house is 20km from Sydney and yet feels like you are 100's km away down the coast as it overlooks a marine reserve. The very best of both holiday options. Enjoy Sydney festivities and events with the relaxing vibe of the beachside holiday home. The space The open plan living and kitchen is set over the beach with an inside/outside feel onto the deck, all with stunning views. The attic bedroom looks down across the living onto the ocean and can be used as a bedroom or study. This bedroom can be hot in summer as no AC in living area. The master bedroom/retreat has a large ensuite and its own sofa, TV and bar fridge with its own access onto the path down to the beach. This has AC. There are 2 further bedrooms, one double with AC and one loft style with queen bed and also AC. The outdoor area has a private main deck and gas bbq in lower garden area . A well behaved dog is welcome though the view backs onto a public pathway so dog needs to be comfortable with the odd walker coming passed. The larger garden area with larger outdoor table is shared with apartment on side of house . As well as being on the beach we are only a few hundred metres from Narrabeen lake, Narrabeen 50m ocean pool and the rock pools which are great for younger children to swim and play in. This is a quiet unique spot and families will no doubt enjoy a beach holiday . The house is not suitable for party groups and we will review with you the ages and mix of guests before accepting bookings. Thanks for your understanding. Guest access The entire property is rented to the guests. Guests can decide on the configuration in advance. The main house overlooks the beach with 3 bedrooms and stunning views from the open plan living/kitchen/dining area and a deck that opens up from the kitchen down towards the beach access grass path. The apartment has a master bedroom plus family bathroom and two further bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. Choose either a 6 bedroom combined setup or keep the two residences separate (i.e. 3 bedrooms each so both families have their own space and can catch up whenever they like). Other things to note Turimetta beach is not surf-patrolled and we encourage ocean surf swimming between the flags at the Warriewood or Narrabeen patrolled beaches or at the Narrabeen Ocean pool (all less than 500m away).
