Located on our property, as an extension of our home, it is an independent accommodation of about 80 m2, with 3 bedrooms, fitted kitchen, bathroom, terrace... Guests can enjoy the forest, bike paths, natural wetlands Close to the cities of Capbreton/Hossegor, Dax, Bayonne/Biarritz/Anglet or St-Sebastien. Ideal for discovering the Landes or the Basque Country. The space The house is furnished to ensure you have a pleasant stay. You will find recent bedding, sheets and towels provided, kitchen with induction stove, oven, microwave, walk-in shower, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle... (NB, no dishwasher). In the living room you will have a sofa with armchairs and a 32-inch smart TV. The exterior offers a private terrace facing west. There is a table, an umbrella, garden furniture, as well as hammocks and deckchairs. Guest access The accommodation, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, is independent of the main accommodation (in which we live) to which it is adjoining. The entrance to the house is private and a private garden terrace area is reserved for you. Vehicles are parked free of charge and exclusively on the street. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may be done to your vehicle. Other things to note Accommodation for 7 people maximum. Bookings in July and August are from Saturday to Saturday only No celebrations or additional guests. No noise at night. . No smoking except on the west terrace allocated to guests. Parking is on the street, free of charge. Pets accepted as far as is reasonable. Leave the accommodation in a clean condition when you leave (reasonable cleaning fees apply). Tenants will have an eco-responsible attitude to the use of water and electricity. Compensation may be requested in case of abuse.
