The space The house has a front garden with lawn, perfect for children, and an entrance with space for one car. In addition, there is free parking right in front. Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious living room with two sofas and a dining room with a large table. One of the best features is its modern kitchen, completely renovated. The lounge gives access to the back garden, where you can enjoy the incredible private pool and two wooden tables ideal for outdoor dining and dining. On the ground floor, there is a full bathroom and the first room, with double bed and direct access to the pool. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms: the main one, with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a terrace; one bedroom with a single bed and a terrace; and another with two single beds. Finally, on the third floor, there is a spacious room in the attic with a double bed. A perfect property to enjoy as a family or with friends! Guest access All areas of the house are available to guests, providing them with total privacy and comfort. The garden and pool are exclusively for them, creating a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The only area not accessible will be a small storage room, which will be closed. In the back garden, guests will have access to an area with a washing machine for their convenience.
