The space The house has a front garden with grass, perfect for children, and an entrance with space for a car. In addition, there is free parking right in front. Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious living room with two sofas and a dining room with a large table. One of the best features is its modern, fully renovated kitchen. The living room leads to the back garden, where you can enjoy the incredible private pool and two wooden tables ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the ground floor, there is a full bathroom and the first bedroom, with a double bed and direct access to the pool. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom, with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and terrace; a bedroom with a single bed and terrace; and another with two single beds. Finally, on the third floor, there is a spacious room in the attic with a double bed. A perfect property to enjoy with family or friends! Guest access All areas of the house are available to guests, providing them with total privacy and comfort. The garden and pool are exclusively for them, creating a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The only inaccessible area will be a small storage room, which will be closed. In the back garden, guests will have access to a washing machine area for their convenience. You can also enter your car through the entrance of the house, and enjoy a large garden, ideal for games or simply to rest in a quiet environment.
