From the living room there is an exit to the balcony with a view of the garden, Cap Nice and Cap-Ferrat. The apartment is located in the Residence 'l'Ange Gardien'. it is placed on the second floor, facing the park and are therefore not disturbed by traffic. The Residence contains facilities for all your needs, e.g. a laundrette, and a restaurant by the pool. From the residence there is a walkway to the beach with with only a small road to cross.
