The space 17 m2 studio at the bottom of our garden. Close to train station (20-minute walk). Bakery 2-minute walk. Kitchen area: everything you need to cook (dishes, microwave, electric stove...). We leave at your disposal the basic necessities (salt, pepper, tea, coffee). Living room area: 1 sofa bed, wardrobe, desk. Bathroom with shower and sink Separate baths. 2 pillows, 1 blanket and if needed sheets and towels in the accommodation. Wi-Fi via Ethernet cable. Small outdoor area in front of the studio. Easy to park on the street. Bypass nearby. Guest access Fully independent studio. It is located at the back of our garden. Access through a common gate, crossing our garden but once in the studio you have your autonomy and a private outdoor area. Other things to note Quiet accommodation in a nice environment (overlooks in the garden). Presence of a puppy. You can see him in the garden. Sometimes he wants to party, so it's important not to be afraid. We ask you to be vigilant when you open the gate so that it does not open onto the street😊.
