The space Your room is in a brand-new modern flat in the city center of Berlin, which is located in a protected monument. The room has a chic a and comfortable Queen size bed sofa (160 cm wide) ideal for 2 people. The bed has an extra comfortable topper, and also two douvets adapted to the season, summer or winter. Our 150 square meters flat offers you otherwise a large modern kitchen open to the dining and living area. Furthermore you have 3 balconies where you can enjoy the weather or smoke a cigarette. If you prefer it you can also use the couch in the living room for a nice drink and a chat. The bathroom with a great big rain shower is directly opposite your bedroom. The flat is equiped with a second toilet and enough storage place. Guest access You can use during your stay the entire apartment, except the main bedroom. In the kitchen you can prepare yourself some simple cold meals, and use the fridge or the microwave. Cooking is not allowed. If you have some laundry which need to be washed, no problem, just talk to me and you can use the washing maschine or the dryer ( a small charge applies ).
