It has a private entrance from the garden with no stairs. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, LPG stove, electric oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine, electric water heater, TV, and Wi-Fi are also available. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the backyard during their stay. The vineyard and front garden are part of the property's landscaping and are regularly maintained throughout the season. Due to a steep staircase leading to the lower garden and a level difference between our property and the house in front, these areas may present safety risks. Therefore, they are not accessible to guests. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Important Information & House Rules • The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. • The apartment is carefully prepared according to the number of guests declared at the time of booking. • An additional daily fee applies for any extra guest beyond the stated number. • Guests are provided with 3 keys: for the apartment door, the main building entrance, and the street gate. The street gate is locked at 22:00 for security reasons; guests returning later can easily access it with their own key. • For security and order, we kindly ask that doors are kept closed. • For stays longer than 7 nights, clean bed linens, blankets, towels, and pillowcases are provided on the 7th day; replacement is done by the guests.
