Nearby attractions This house overlooks a quiet bay beach which is excellent for swimming and secluded beach walks. Within 10 minutes drive is the Penguin Parade and Nobbies Centre as well as a varity of Surf beaches, Cowes township, Koala Reserve, Phillip Island Nature Park and a variety of other family activities.
