Guest house perfect for your Central Coast extended stay or business trip. House is centrally located on a gated 7 acre property. Beautiful Central Coast Beaches- Avila, Morro Bay, Cayucos, and Cambria, a mere 25 minutes away. Cal Poly University is located 20 minutes south. Vina Robles Amphitheater and the Mid-State Fair Grounds are a 10 minute drive. Enjoy quiet nights among the stars while just minutes from the bustling quaint town of Paso Robles, Templeton, and Atascadero. The space We are located 5 miles from downtown Templeton where you will find a great selection of places to dine and 8 miles to Paso Robles. We are centrally located for wine tasting and antiquing as well as beach and lake lovers. This is a quiet, country setting on a private road with all neighboring homes on acreage. There is a king size bed in the private bedroom that receives filtered morning sunshine and an upstairs loft (the loft has a low ceiling) with a queen size mattress. The loft is best for children, as an adult cannot stand up in the loft. The living room has a futon for sleeping as well. The guesthouse has Satellite TV (Dish Network), Internet, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, full kitchen with utensils, washer and dryer and a front deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Coffee and tea are complimentary. There is a full small bathroom with a combined tub/shower. For your convenience we provide soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer. Upon arrival you will find a binder with a list of many restaurants and shopping information to make your stay in are area easier. We hope you enjoy your visit to the Central Coast Wine Country. Other things to note We do have cats and horse but are not able to accommodate your pets at this time.
