Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 m² of living space and 600 m² of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, was carefully and ecologically converted by us into a holiday and work oasis and is ideal to simply unwind, work together on projects, do yoga, or simply do nothing at all. Our kitchen offers space for 12 people at its large table and invites you to chop, cook and eat together. It is equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery, blender, scale, dishwasher + tabs, convection oven, extra wide induction stove, kettle and contact grill, coffee machine + coffee, and a large side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. For those who cannot or do not want to live without the Internet, we offer 100 Mbit/s Internet both via Wi-Fi in the house and garden as well as from various network sockets in the living room and in the bedrooms. On the sofa in the living room, you can laze around, especially when a fire is blazing in the fireplace. Firewood is available on request - chopped, or at your own risk to chop yourself. For those who prefer to work mentally rather than physically, there are two mobile work or conference tables with comfortable chairs and a 65-inch monitor are available. We can also provide a printer, flipchart and presentation kit on request. Back to the monitor, also called a TV. Thanks to integrated Chromecast and all kinds of pre-installed apps, you can of course also just watch series on the monitor. However, there is no classic cable or satellite dish TV.
