The house has two levels. In the first it has a living room, air conditioning, fireplace, T.V, Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a room with two single beds (nest bed) with built-in wardrobes, a small studio and a bathroom with shower. On the second level is the bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, wifi, TV, terrace with ocean view and full bathroom with large bathtub. The entire house has central heating. And outside it has a terrace with an outdoor living and dining area as well as the pool and area for relaxing and sunbathing with sun loungers. Provided with all the necessary utensils.To everything you could need to live as if you will be in your own home. There are numerous restaurants, bars, shops in the area, which is very lively and cosmopolitan and just 5 minutes by car is a large shopping center and with leisure area (multiplexes, restaurants, shops, discos..) being the residential area, quiet and very pleasant. Just 3 minutes from the Museum of the famous painter Joan Miró. It is located just 10 minutes by car from Palma and ten minutes from Puerto Portals, a marina with a great entertainment area very lively and cosmopolitan, you can walk or bike along a fantastic coastal walk and enjoy wonderful views as well as practicing lots of water sports, mountain etc. It has own and free parking and you will not have to worry about finding parking. Bus stops just 1 minute walk away, which will bring you closer to downtown Palma in 15/20 minutes. Next to the accommodation there are very good connections by bus or taxi to Palma, the capital of the island and other emblematic areas of it, as well as countless restaurants, cafes, panaderias, pharmacies and supermarkets. On the same street of the accommodation you will find a small supermarket with a great assortment for the day to day. And on the same street too, you will find immense stairs that will take you down to the beach of Cala Mayor with countless activities to spend the day there and bathe in crystal clear waters. Guest access Guests have the whole house and its amenities during their stay, privately. Equipped with everything you need for your stay and with multiple utensils to go down to the beach and go hiking on the island. Other things to note The pool is cold water all year round. With treatment by saline electrolysis and automatic PH control. Its size is small, but enough to cool off on the hot and pleasant days to relax. Measurements 4m x 2m x 1.40m. Life jackets available.
