Escape to our chalet, ideal for an unforgettable vacation! Ski enthusiasts/lovers of various activities, our region has so much to offer, in all seasons. Cyclists and bikers will be delighted to take up the challenge of the famous Izoard and Galibier Alpine passes. Nestled at the foot of Fort de Têtes, on the edge of Schappe Park, our house promises breathtaking panoramic views of the Durance Valley, the majestic Oisans Mountains and the Prorel ski slopes. The space Our house is built on a wooded plot of 800 m². During your stay, you will have access to the entire house, i.e. a living area of 180 m², on 2 floors, divided into 7 spacious rooms. On the ground floor: entrance with cupboards, then large double living room with a tiled stove, fitted kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, terrace and balconies. Upstairs, large mezzanine landing, a very large bedroom with panoramic view, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, a balcony. In the 100 m² basement you can store/repair your sports equipment and park 2 cars. You will have a private parking lot with 3 spaces inside the property. Guest access The Sainte Catherine shopping district and the start of the Prorel ski complex are less than 2 km away. In summer, the Chemin du Fort des Têtes which runs along our property will allow you to reach shops, bars and restaurants in less than 10 minutes. You can leave the house, on foot, or by mountain bike, to discover the forts of Briançonnais and the Citadel of Vauban.
