Because of Covid 19 the house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized each change following the protocols provided by the ISS (Higher Institute of Health) and the Tuscan Region, an entire house of your exclusive use. On a beautiful Chianti's Hill a big house for several families , four apartment with private entrance , located two on the first floor and two on the ground floor , very nice apartments with wooden beams and original terracotta floors (66 sqm), with a large living rooms-kitchens equipped with fridges, stainless steel sinks, microwaves, electric ovens and gas hob. Large double bedrooms very romantic with antique furniture, bathrooms with shower all decorated with mosaics. Also single beds for children and baby bed coat and chairs for little baby, and several toys. Outside there are a private gardens everywhere around the house with gazebo tables, chairs and barbecue, where to eat and relax in the summer evenings. Guest access Our guests have over 50 hectares of land, 27 hectares of which is forest, and not only is hunting prohibited but our farm is completely fenced, providing an oasis of tranquilty. The farmhouse is right in the centre of the property and faces south, so that you have peace and sunshine all day long. There are several private areas with gazebo, tables and chairs and you can choose freely to stroll between the lake, the natural springs, decks and garden areas. A private lake where you can relax and in the late afternoon you can see birds that come to drink. A communal solarium terrace enjoying a pretty view over the pond A beautiful old wood stove, beautifully restored, where you can have a barbecue. WIFI internet in the house , private shady parking, electricity, water, gas, linen change every week. You can taste and buy directly in our farm our wines and olive oil , both produced organically and guaranteed by AIAB (Italian Association Biological Farming), and also the organic acacia honey produced in our farm. Other things to note Because of Covid 19 the house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized each change following the protocols provided by the ISS (Higher Institute of Health) and the Tuscan Region.
