This house, our house, and the Maison de Célestin can be yours for the holidays! Wide open spaces for families or friends… Both houses are in the heart of an enclosed park of 5 hectares planted with centuries-old trees, swimming pool, pretty vegetable garden, pond and pond, wooden cabin for children as well as swings... You will appreciate this serene, simple, romantic and comfortable living environment. Typically French! The space The property therefore consists of two houses: the main house (Grand Bouy, our dwelling house) and "La Maison de Célestin", an annex house furnished in the old stables. Romanesque church (11th century), the 320 m2 house totally renovated, welcomes you in summer for a stay conducive to family or friends holidays (6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 5 toilets). Located a few kilometers from Bourges, this large building is the ideal place to spend relaxing moments in its wooded park and on the edge of its large private and secure swimming pool (14 x 4 m) facing south. Children will have play areas, so they will not have the time to get bored during the holidays. In the heart of the Berry, the Berrichonne champagne is ideal for walking or cycling tours. For your comfort, upon arrival the beds are made and the linen necessary for your stay (except pool linen) will be provided. The cleaning fee that is added to the rental rate concerns all measures recommended by the authorities to ensure health safety for all. These include, for example, cleaning and then complete disinfection of each of the 8 bathrooms, disinfection of all handles and switches, etc. GRAND BOUY ON THE GROUND FLOOR: • VESTIBULE: paved with antique cement tiles and lit with an old stained glass window, it is the crossroads of the house! A library with art books and regional documentation is available to everyone. • LOUNGE: this very spacious room (48m2) with moldings, woodwork and oak parquet is pleasant to live with its fireplace and large sofas (2 large sofas, coffee table, large flat screen TV with home cinema system). • BILLIARDS: In the room adjacent to this one you can play French pool, darts and you will find board games: Trivial Poursuit, Maps, Monopoly, … On rainy days, large wooden platters can create a giant table for dinner in the shelter. • KITCHEN: fully equipped, it's a pleasure to prepare good little dishes to share around a large table that can accommodate up to 10 people. Its contemporary spirit and full equipment fill the gourmets back from the market. To swim in peace or to relax in the sun on loungers - umbrella - sun loungers OUTDOOR GAMES Many activities are possible for both young and old within the property: • Badminton, • gantry with SWING, • balloon, • etc… Guest access You will be the exclusive occupants of both houses: our main house (6 bedrooms) and a house attached "La Maison de Célestin" (3 bedrooms). You'll also be the only ones enjoying the park, pool, etc. Vehicles are parked in the courtyard, close to the entrance. Other things to note COVID-19 info: In normal times I am particularly picky about hygiene issues so following the recent health circumstances, I will make it a point of honor for guests to be welcomed and invest in the house safely (thorough cleaning and disinfection, "hidden" welcome, etc.).
