Very clean rooms at Travel Professional Bed/Baths. Peaceful neighborhood, close to many shops, restaurants, markets, hospitals, energy company's and The Woodlands Mall. Newly renovated and decorated to meet the needs of my guests. Every bedroom has a small refrigerator to accommodate space in the kitchen refrigerator. Fully equipped kitchen and available gym on premises. Also LA Fitness is 5 min away, and another 10-15 min drive. Locks on bedroom doors and much more. Please browse the site. (Guest to prepare themselves). Guest access Backyard Table and chairs for eating Gazebo with hammock for a nap Kitchen/Dining Room Washer/Dryer room During your stay I’m just a phone call away. I’m out of the home a lot due to work but I’m always available. I have an alternate contact for any issues. Other things to note 1. This is a NO SMOKING / NO DRUGS / NO PETS ENVIRONMENT. 2. No mail access. There is a UPS store 3 min away where you can get a PO Box if you require to receive mail . 3. My packages are always safe when left at the door. You may consider that option for packages. 4. This is a self sufficient accommodation for independent adults that need little supervision. I am available through phone calls and the app for any issues. There is also a back up person I can reach out to if needed. 5. Please note. Any rules broken that results in damage to the home will result in 100% deposit retention. 6. The gym is not for guest use. 7. There is a $40 charge for missing or lost bedroom key. 8. There is a $10 charge for each missing towel.
