Entire property :10 person The space BUDGET STUDIO : A separate very private small Studio (Budget) , suitable for self catering for 2 adults in a quiet, safe, cull de sac road with MOUNTAIN VIEWS only (NO SEA VIEWS.) Entire Studio is 27 sq. meters. Own private, separate entrance, with 10 X steep steps leading to entrance of Studio. Safe parking in street, in cul de sac road, visible from Studio. Perfectly clean, small, STUDIO very well fitted out for self catering, double bed, kitchenette with eating counter, bar fridge, 2 X plate cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, hair-dryer, iron, all cutlery, crockery, dishcloths etc. TV , Free 24/7 Wifi, CD & radio etc. (even all cleaning materials). Great attention to detail. Safe & quiet area with no traffic & no street lights. Bedroom has bathroom ensuite with shower over bath, basin, toilet. Sunshine, summer & winter. The Studio has French Doors opening out to own private court-yard with mountain views only, garden table & chairs, umbrella and portable braai. Entire court-yard is 11 sq,meters. All linen 100% percale white cotton. Cotton bath and beach towels supplied. Linen & towels changed on a regular basis. The STUDIO is very private, cosy and cute ! Regret not suitable for children or wheel chairs. Strictly no pets. Regret no use of the swimming pool - unless you have booked the Holiday House as well as The Studio. 5 min walk to swimming beaches. 15 min walk to Boulder's Beach Penguin Colony. 15 min drive to Cape Point Nature Reserve, Wine & Ostrich Farms,& see the baboons along the way! 5 min drive to Simon’s Town Waterfront. 5 min drive to good restaurants (some on the beach), 45 min drive to Table Mountain & Cape Town International Airport 30 min drive to Constantia Wine Route 3km from the center of Simon's Town - Own transport is a recommendation as public transport is not reliable.
