The space We have personally equipped the Studio for your comfort, we want you to enjoy your stay, so if there is anything you need, please just ask, we live just upstairs - If we can help you, we will. The following are available for you to use / included in your booking; - Superfast Fibre Broadband - WIFI - All night Check in Available - Breakfast Table and 2 Chairs - Cozy Cuddler Sofa by a bright window so you can read your favorite book - Plenty of Hangers in the Wardrobe - Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing Board - A luxurious 2000 pocket spring mattress, we have opted for a medium firm and added a lovely mattress topper to embrace you at night. ( All bedding is Hypoallergenic to please everyone, sorry no feathers here ) - Full Height Mirror - Complimentary toiletries just in case you forget yours - Linens and Towels are provided (all 100% cotton) - Fantastic big bathroom with a thermostatic shower and bath - The Kitchenette is equipped with everything you could possibly need to make a lovely breakfast, light bite or a basic meal - Fridge / Freezer - Kettle / Toaster - Microwave / Kitchen Utensils ( Please note the kitchen DOES NOT have a Hob or Oven, it is not possible to cook meals, naturally there are 100's of restaurants in Brighton delivering food, if you need recommendations, just ask us ) Guest access The Studio @ 93 Bernard Rd is completely private, occupies the ground floor of our home, there is a gated entrance with remote control leading to a side alley which leads to your front door. ( we sometimes use the alley to access the rear of our property ) You have Parking ON Street with a permit ( permit provided if parking required ) Other things to note You can check in any time after 2PM and all through the night. Depending on your arrival time I will leave you keys in a key safe by the entrance. The Kitchenette in the Studio @ 93 Bernard Rd does not have an oven or a hob, it is not possible to cook big meals, it is however the perfect space to prepare a lovely breakfast, heat up delivered meals or prepare drinks.
