Double room, very quiet situation, (a further room may be available on request) Cotswold stone (1873) in the quiet of Oxfordshire countryside just outside the village of Somerton. Just a few hundred yards from the "Portway" old Roman road, now bridleway. Close by; Heyford Park, Ardley ERF Viridor, Bicester Village, Oxford City. B'ham and Heathrow Airports 1 hr, Silverstone 20 mins Blenheim Palace 20 mins. Breakfast not included; a simple help yourself breakfast can be provided by request. The space Our cottage is a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, situated between villages in a quiet location with beautiful Oxfordshire countryside views. The bedroom is in a recently built extension to the house finished to a fine quality and has an adjacent bathroom for your exclusive use. A short drive will take you to many beautiful places to visit including Blenheim Palace, Stow Gardens, Oxford to name just a few. We are just 15/20 mins from Blenheim Palace, 20 mins from Silverstone and depending on time of day just 20/30 mins from Oxford (can take longer in rush hours) Guest access Cosy room overlooking the garden with private bathroom. You are welcome to enjoy the garden space when the weather is good, or you can sit in the Garden Room / conservatory to relax. During your stay My husband or I will usually be available for any assistance, on some occasions we may need to leave you a key to let yourself in. We enjoy meeting new people but also respect your privacy. Other things to note Please remember this is AirBNB and not a Hotel; we do require our guests to leave the house by 10:00 am each day, even if you have booked for more than 1 night. Pre-arranged later departures are possible but we need to arrange in advance.
