Horseshoe Cottage is a spacious and inviting detached Barn with spectacular views over the Aeron valley below, often described as a "Tardis" by kids. Our 10 acre property is approached up a private bridleway, climbing 400m through woodland, filled with Bluebells in Spring & Summer. 2 ADULT DOGS, fully housetrained are the only pets allowed. Private entrance, parking for 2 cars, own enclosed garden. EV charger available at our property next door. Welcome pack including milk, tea & coffee. The space Three steps up from the sitting room is a well equipped kitchen/diner with, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, forced air oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, sandwich toaster, cafetière. Door from kitchen to interior lobby giving access to the downstairs shower room and door off to the curved staircase leading to the very generously sized master bedroom, which has an en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom, located on the ground floor, can be changed to provide a super king size bed (PLEASE REQUEST IN ADVANCE ). Conservatory with seating offers a light and bright room to sit and enjoy the garden. Centrally heated throughout, a wood burner provides extra warmth in the colder months in the sitting room. Board games, DVD player, small selection of toys, books for children and adults. The galleried seating area is accessed via a stairway from the sitting room, from here there are French Doors to the balcony, folding chairs are available so you can sit outside and sunbathe, or enjoy a glass of wine. DOGS are welcome but we must be advised if you want to bring a dog with you. We only accept 2 fully housetrained adult dogs, any damage caused by a dog will be charged for. There is an EV charger available on our property next door. Guest access Own fully fenced garden, gravelled parking for two cars Other things to note The cottage and our smallholding are very eco conscious, and we encourage guests to respect this. The Welsh Government is very strict about waste which has to very carefully sorted, again we ask that guests respect this and use the bins appropriately. If you want to bring your four pawed best friend please let us know. We accept a maximum of 2 DOGS, please also note we have cats, hens and in the summer months horses/ponies from a local charity, and are also surrounded by fields with grazing livestock so any visitors bringing dogs must keep them under control and on a lead when not in the cottage garden. Whilst we are happy to accept your pets we do not allow them to be left in the property on their own. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom will be presented in the format of 2 single beds unless you request it to be converted into a super king size in advance.
