The perfect retreat, DoolinFusion is a bespoke eco-friendly aesthetically pleasing apartment, nestled between Doolin’s Music House & Doolin Yoga studio. Ideally situated to explore Doolin (5min) the iconic Cliffs of Moher (10 min) the Burren region of North Clare along the Wild Atlantic Way - providing opportunity to engage with the local landscape, culture, history and arts. Enjoy traditional music in Doolin Music house or local pubs all within a short drive of your convenient & cosy base. The space Light and modern, the apartment has a bespoke hand crafted solid oak-finish kitchen, cosy lounge, large boutique bedroom and bathroom. Bespoke Doolin Wood Products, handcrafted here in Doolin are incorporated throughout for a unique and comfortable setting. The kitchen area consists of an electric cooker with grill and hob, kettle & toaster, coffee machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combined washing machine/dryer and breakfast bar. Cooking utensils are available in kitchen cupboards. The breakfast bar can also be incorporated into a work space for remote working with high speed Wi-Fi. There is an electrical socket directly under the solid oak seat. Breakfast essentials are available in the apartment to include, Milk, Bread, Butter, Jams, Cereals, Yogurts, Eggs etc. please let me know of any food allergies eg: vegetarian, gluten intolerant etc. The tap water is safe for drinking, but filtered drinking water is available in the fridge. The bedroom has a King-size comfortable bed with Egyptian cotton and Bamboo linen. There is plenty of wardrobe space. An Iron and Ironing board, extra pillows and blanket, fan and portable electric heater is available in the wardrobe. A hair dryer is provided in the dressing table drawer. There is adjacent bathroom facilities with an electric shower, towels & toilet rolls are provided. Electricity is included in the rate. Covid-19 procedures adhered to and non-contact check-in available upon request. You have your own private entrance, parking is free to guests and is directly outside DoolinFusion entrance. Check-out is at 11 am. Guest access Parking is directly outside the entrance to DoolinFusion apartment. There is an outdoor seating area adjacent to the entrance which can be used for your morning coffee, bird watching or listening to bird song. Other things to note "Cuckoo bird song" You may be lucky to hear the Cuckoo sing early morning directly opposite DoolinFusion. This summer visitor to our area arrives in April. "She sings her song in May, in mid June she changes her tune and in July she flies away". "May day"traditions at DoolinFusion. If you are lucky to be our guests on 1st May you will experience our very old tradition of displaying the May Bush (white thorn) in full bloom with beautiful flowers on your entrance to the apartment. This tradition is to show welcome, a gesture of goodwill and good luck. It's also used to warn off "Piseogs" (ie: the fairies). DoolinFusion is a 5 minute drive to a new Michelin Star restaurant "Homestead Cottage" on the Cliffs of Moher Road. Booking is advisable. For some "Blue theraphy" visit Doolin coastline, the famous Cliffs of Moher and experience the magnificent views of the Atlantic ocean including the Aran Islands.
