Semontron Presbytery, Burgundy, Yonne

This home is the former Sementron presbytery. Located in the countryside, only two hours away from Paris, our home is the ideal place to spend a weekend or holidays with family or friends. The house consists of five bedrooms, a large kitchen with a chimney, two lounges and a bathroom. On the outside, a wooded lime-tree courtyard and one hectar closed orchard. Bed sheets and towels are available and subject to an additional fee (10 euros/per bed). The space If you want to experience the countryside with your relatives or friends and make lovely joyrides: you are at the right place! During the summer, you can enjoy the orchard in a hammock in the shade of the apple trees or play football, badminton, practice yoga, or just seat by the fireside during the winter. The presbytery welcomes you and you will find the charm of yesteryear, the floor-tiles and the serenity of the place. Our house is spacious, rustic and simple. In the presbytery, one disconnects, no Wi-Fi, no television, but a screen is available to watch DVDs and old movies! This home fulfills our lure of nature, green all over for our eyes, the singing of the birds for our hears, and for the nose we are nourished by the smell of fresh cut grass, the wood fire in the chimney, the barbecues and also the roses from the garden! Here one connects with the present moment and the nature around. Inside, as we say, it is simple and personal… The gardening material is available in the workshop and you can use our bikes if you want to.
