B&B Self Contained Annexe With Private Access

Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee. The space A pretty annexe in which to relax and enjoy a private outdoor garden area. Local shops are within walking distance also a beautiful walk through Barnston Dales a lovely wooded area. When booking please state clearly the no of guests staying including children. Guest access Behind large wrought iron gates, the main property has a large driveway which has space for up to 4 cars and shared with us. The annexe is located on the left where there is a private pathway leading to the patio garden area and access to the annexe via the conservatory. There is also a key safe if required. Other things to note We will leave a continental style breakfast in your room which consists of cereals, fruit, pastries, filtered water and fresh orange. Milk will be supplied in the fridge for the cereals and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a microwave. If you are booking for 2 people and require the sofa bed made up, there is an additional cost of £20 payable at the property for the laundry costs of the extra bedding.
