Large House on the Banks of the Seine, 1 hr 15 min from Paris

This magical house located on the banks of the Seine, very close to Les Andelys is a haven of peace and gentleness. It is ideal for 2 families, or a group of friends because it makes you want to share. The soft light and the river that flows in front of us invite us to calm down and relax. The area is splendid and full of surprises, ranging from hiking on the cliffs to walks on the Seine, A place where you can feel at home. The space The house is built on three levels. A ground floor with entrance, living room, fireplace, large terrace on the Seine, toilet, master bedroom and shower room. You go down to the garden level where there is the kitchen, small living room, glass-walled dining room, laundry room, and an outdoor covered terrace. It overlooks the garden at the end of which you will go down 5 steps to find yourself at the water's edge. Upstairs are the other 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining and are usually for children or teens, although they all have double beds. There is a bathroom and toilet on this floor as well. As the house is semi-detached house, you will be asked to respect the tranquility of the neighbors, especially in the garden. The House now has a private dock with direct access to the Seine, a 3-seater Canadian canoe and 2 paddles. There are 3 child-size life jackets Please use this equipment responsibly and do not put yourself in danger. We decline all responsibility in case of problems on the water, be careful! Guest access Everything is accessible except the cellar. There is a closed garage if needed. Do not go on the right pontoon (property of our neighbor Mr. Ruault) Other things to note The house is semi-detached and it is essential to respect the peace and quiet of the place.
