Nice house near Poitiers

Bright and pleasant 110 m2 house, located in a charming town 10 minutes from Poitiers. Close to many biking and walking trails. You will be about 25 minutes from Futuroscope and Aquascope, 40 minutes from the Valley of the Monkeys, 30 minutes from the Giants of the Sky... while being quiet and surrounded by woods for nice walks. A 4.5 km shaded trail, starting from the house, will take you to the Bois de Saint Pierre lagoon. The space The house provided consists of 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 double bed and one with 1 single bed). An extra mattress can be installed in the children's room. The space will then be reduced but it is a real mattress. An umbrella bed can be provided. The living room is spacious and bright, the kitchen is equipped. Floor-to-ceiling windows give access to a terrace, not overlooked by the neighborhood. The garden is pleasant and conducive to rest. Guests also have access to a pantry and laundry room. Only the office and one bedroom will not be accessible. You will stay in our main house, I work with Airbnb as well as with home exchange.
