It has a large enclosed garden of 3,000 m², a 50 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, Internet access via Orange box, television and outdoor parking. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven and induction hobs, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press.
