Welcome to our country living rest house. A family home turned Airbnb home. It is ideal for family gatherings, meetings, and retreats. A place to relax, unwind and recharge. The place is very clean, quiet, cozy, quaint and humble. Breathe fresh air, watch the majestic sunrise/sunset, and view the beautiful scenery of mountains covered with pine trees. The space ****KINDLY READ ENTIRE LISTING DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING**** -Base rate listed is for 16 guests. Always input the correct number of persons staying. Corresponding rates will be charged for each additional guest. Only 2 infants (0-1yr.old) are free of charge. Succeeding infants should be declared as a child. Children 2 years old and older are considered regular paying guests and must be declared and counted in the guest’s list. -NO UNREGISTERED VISITORS please. -The house can accommodate a maximum of 28 to 30 pax only. Base rate here in Airbnb includes rooms in the 2nd and 3rd floor only. Lower ground rooms will be available only depending on the number of extra guests. Guests that are not more that 17pax and want more space or rooms for their group can also rent the lower ground rooms for an additional cost. -Rooms will be assigned depending on the number of persons in the group. We can work with you on the room assignments as needed. ***ROOMS*** -2nd floor rooms **Room 1- 2 single beds (can accommodate 2 pax) **Room 2- (PRIVATE ROOM) – not for rent **Room 3- 2 double size beds (can accommodate 4 pax) **Room 4 – 1 single bed and 1 double size bed (can accommodate 3 pax) -3rd floor rooms **Rooms 5 and 6 – 1 double bed and can add additional floor mattress for extra guest (can accommodate 2 to 3pax) **Room 7- 2 single beds- can accommodate 2pax ***Lower Ground Rooms *** (will be used for bookings that are more than 17pax) Can also be rented for an additional fee **Room 8 (vigan type room)- 3 single beds (no bed frame) – can accommodate up to 3 pax. -For renting guests that are less than 18pax and wish to use this room, they may rent this for additional 1200 per night. **Room 9 (dormitory type) -8 bunk beds that can accommodate up to 8 pax and can add two additional folding beds – Room capacity 8 to 10pax -For renting guests that are below 18pax and wish to use this room, they may rent it for 1800 per night with beddings good for up tp 4pax only) if they wish to set up beddings for all the beds in the dormitory room, additional charges apply. Our country rest house is located near Philippine Military Academy ( PMA) and Camp John Hay Walking distance to PMA 15 mins. to Camp John Hay 20 mins. to city proper This place is a country place( quite far from the city) Public transportation is also available Address: 61A Atok Trail, Loakan Road, Baguio City Guest access Feel at home. Other things to note Check in time is at 3pm onwards. Check out time is at 12noon. Electricity and internet connection are from providers and interruptions are beyond our control. Housekeeper/s live on site and have their own room. They will be on hand to assist if needed. if there are any issues, kindly inform the housekeeper and we will try to resolve it asap. Maintain the cleanliness of the house. Quiet time is 10pm until 7am as respect to the neighbors. Only registered guests are allowed inside the house. No parties, no loud music, shouting and rowdy behavior. NO PETS ALLOWED. No heavy drinking of alcoholic beverages. If you plan to bring in alcoholic beverages, please coordinate it with us. Bringing of appliances are NOT allowed (like electric griller, electric stove) except those for sterilizing infant bottles. If you have other essential appliances in mind that is really needed during your stay, please inform us ahead. PENALTY: 1000 Please treat our housekeeper with respect. They will inspect the house for broken or missing items during checkout and guests will be charged as needed. Lost Key will be charged 500. Amenities Pillows, blankets, and towels are provided for each registered guest. For your extra guest (guests beyond 16pax), only pillow and blanket are provided. You may rent towels for 150pesos each. Beddings provided is based on the booked guests. The double beds are for 2 guests sharing. Stained linens (bedsheets, pillowcase, towels, blankets) will be penalized with 100/item. Floor mattress are set for rooms that can accommodate extra guests. Bathroom tissues and hand soap are provided in the comfort rooms. Common bathrooms (a total of 4) with hot water are available on the 2nd floor and lower ground floor. Drinking water is available in the kitchen. Make your meals in our kitchen for free. Rice cooker, microwave, kettle, and small refrigerator are for use for the convenience of our guests. Tableware like plates, cups, mugs, and utensils are also provided. An outdoor grill is ready for use as well. Wifi speed is up to 100mbps. Fastest internet connection is located in our receiving area. For Parking: Two cars can fit in the garage beside the house. The rest may park in the nearby basketball court in front of the Barangay Hall. No street parking in front of the house.
