It used to be a family house that Grandma Jaka and her family lived in, so everything in it is large and has lots of space. From the bedrooms to the living room. It has a terace under shade with view on a huge garden of oranges,lemons. Tasty! The space Grandma Jaka Apartments are located in an old and quiet part of the village. There are no traffic heavy roads nearby so you can enjoy a quiet vacation. This apartment has four bedrooms, a spacious living room , two bathrooms, kitchen/dining room and a big terrace under shade. All the rooms are air conditioned by a 11 kW air conditioning unit. (For non technical users read: 'STRONG' :D) They have a nice vintage vibe to it. Linen and towels provided. Free wireless and a parking place. You are very welcomed to use the indoor fireplace that is on our property in a seperate building. And taste our delicious organic grown food, wine and oils! Grandma Jaka's granchildren produce high quality aromatherapy soaps from herbs and oils from our little island. We try to live with the nature as much as we can :) Apartment is 10 min. walking distance to sand beach "Bilin Žal" and 10 min. walking from sand beach "Pržina", 3 min. from the bus stop and 5. min from the center. Closest sand beach is 5 min. away! Note: Grandma Jaka Apartments can accommodate sixteen people all together. It is divided in two houses that are located on the same property. The first house has 4 bedrooms and also has a quite big terrace under shade and is on our property surrounded by beautfull lemon and orange tree garden. Second house is divided into two apartments which have a very large terrace that is under vine leaf shade. Such settup gives guests their time of privacy but on the other side it also makes it suitable for bigger family gatherings or maybe some kind of retreats (e.g. yoga retreats- especially because it`s big terrace). All of the apartments are listed here, so please check them if you need to accommodate your big family or else.. ;) Beautiful Korčula city is 7 km away. It is historic fortified town that is a must see. The town revered for possibly being the birth town of famous Venetian merchant, Marco Polo.
