La Maison Briochine

If you feel like coming to our house, you will enjoy the surrounding nature, the calm and the song of the birds (and our chickens and ducks!). The house is in the heart of a small hamlet. It's a great place to recharge your batteries. Our lovely farmhouse is completely renovated. You will find space and comfort, ideal for a stopover or a longer stay. The space It is a detached house of 80 m², furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 5 people with a large plot of more than 2 hectares. You will find a bedroom with a double bed and a dormitory with three single beds in a row upstairs. The bedding is new. Childcare equipment is also available: baby bed, bouncer seat, bathtub, changing mat, high chair, potty and stepper. The kitchen is on the ground floor, fully equipped. We make our freezer available if necessary. The bathroom is upstairs, in a row with the bedroom, spacious with toilet and large shower. In the living/dining room, you can use our pellet stove. You can also find books, games, a TV, a DVD player with a mountain of DVDs and Wi-Fi! Linens and towels are provided and we provide our washing machine if needed. Possibility of a discount if you bring your bed linen and towels, do not hesitate to ask us! Outside, a private terrace is at your disposal with garden furniture and it is possible to use our barbecue. Covered parking is available and reserved for tenants of the house. Plus, we have an electric car charging socket that we can share with you. Please note that we do not welcome pets and that no smoking is allowed inside the accommodation. You will find the house all clean and tidy when you arrive, so you can settle in quietly and have a good time; thank you for returning it to us in the same condition!
