This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers ocean views and convenient elevator access. A 2-minute stroll leads to private beach access. The complex features resort-level amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, gym, recreation room, playground, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and racquetball courts. The complex is located along historic A1A, a coastal road dotted with plenty of charming local restaurants and shops. The condo is a brief drive from downtown St. Augustine. The space This unique open-floor condo is your modern beach getaway. Unwind on the large private balcony with brand-new, outdoor furniture and enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean, swimming pool, and lush gardens below. The balcony offers enough distance from the swimming pool to ensure privacy and connects to both the main living area and the master bedroom through sliding glass doors. Inside, the bluish-gray tile floors complement the clean coastal décor. The living area is furnished with a generously sized sectional, ideal for relaxing with family and friends after a sun-soaked day at the beach. A crisp, white kitchen surrounds the marble-topped island and dining table. Retreat to the primary suite, which includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen-size and single bed with a private entry to a second bathroom via pocket doors. Both rooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions. Finally, the third, cozier bedroom, known as “Crow’s Nest,” has two built-in twin beds. The condo is equipped with private Wi-Fi and a TV in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a drip coffee pot and dishwasher for added convenience. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Please note that while we provide bath towels, guests should bring their own beach towels. Guest access Accessing the condo: Guests will receive a code after the booking to access the gated complex. To enter the apartment, stop by the Guest Reception Center, where you will pick up your welcome packet and keys after 4:00 pm. For check-ins after 5:00 pm, guests can attain the welcome packet and keys using private lockers located outside the rental office. Parking: Two complimentary parking passes are provided as part of your welcome packet; a Blue Pass to park a vehicle next to the buildings and an Orange Pass to park an additional/guest vehicle near the front of the complex. Green parking passes for additional vehicles are available for purchase for $25 from the front office. Amenities: All amenities are available for use!
