There is hardly any traffic noise to hear. The view from the window goes into the garden. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a large window. There are good transport connections and shopping. The A52 towards Düsseldorf and Dortmund (connection A40) can be reached in about 7 minutes. The public transport stop is about 5 minutes away. Guest access The room has a separate entrance from the garden and is completely independent to use. Access is quite steep and not suitable for people with walking difficulties. You only need to contact me for the use of the washer and dryer. Other things to note We live in the house. The dog or we are sometimes in the garden and the usual sounds of life can be heard. Bicycles can be put in the garage. E-bikes can be charged there. There is also a charging station for e-cars, which is not suitable for all models. Please inquire specifically.
