The charm of a family home

The house is in the countryside, inhabited year-round, it is located a few kilometers from the Perche forest, Center Park and the towns of L'Aigle and Verneuil sur Avre. You will enjoy the wooded garden, the nature you can discover by bike (two electric bikes) You will discover this house of character and its comfort (house with fiber). They are ready to rest. Ideal for working alone at the piano or with a small group of artists. Also open to non-musicians! The space I propose you a bedroom: independent with bathroom and toilet, located on the top floor of our family home, spacious and pleasant. A large garden for strolling, landing. Breakfast is offered in the dining room or in the garden. Guest access Shared spaces are the kitchen, a refrigerator and a microwave are available. The garden is free access. During your stay I am not always present, but I will welcome you when you arrive! The house can be rented on certain weekends and school holidays in private or in guest room with breakfast included. Other things to note Breakfast is included in the price offered. To get around a car is essential, easy parking in the garden, secure space. We have a dog and a cat. The accommodation includes stairs.
