Set in an idyllic spot in rural Suffolk with a vast array of walks on the doorstep, it is also within 5 minutes drive from the picturesque market town of Woodbridge, twenty minutes from the Suffolk coast and heath's area of outstanding natural beauty and a short walk from an award winning gastro pub in the village. The space This beautifully presented barn conversion is tastefully decorated and furnished with a light airy modern feel. Although fully modernised, it maintains a wide array of the original features of the Cartlodge that it was converted from. The front door opens into an entrance porch with cupboards and space for hanging coats. The main living room is spacious with the original vaulted ceiling. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa and large TV and a dining space with table and chairs and double French doors out onto the front patio seating area. The kitchen is fully fitted with plenty of storage space, domestic appliances and a good range of kitchen equipment. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite shower room and the other with twin beds and also an en-suite shower room. At the rear of the property is a generous sized private enclosed garden beautifully planted with a patio and seating area and outside table and chairs.
