Bright, quiet apartment in Mayen. My is centrally located between the dream paths & is an ideal starting point for cyclists. Rhine, Mosel & Ahr are about 30 minutes away by car. Other highlights are Koblenz (Old Town & Federal Garden Showgrounds) Bonn, the Nürburgring as well as the Maare of the Eifel, Lake Laach, the Volcano Park & Elz Castle. Outdoor fans are recommended in addition to the dream trails for hiking & mountain biking (from level 4), the high ropes course in My-Kürrenberg & the basalt climbing rocks in Ettringen. The space 2 rooms/kitchen/bathroom with private parking, very well maintained, modern and decorated in bright colors, daylight bright, no carpet, electric roller blinds, except the kitchen, all furniture for this apartment has been newly purchased. The kitchen is well & fully equipped (dishwasher available). Within walking distance you are in the countryside. The city center is about 7 minutes away on foot. It is about 30 km to Koblenz, Nürburgring (the legendary racetrack) about 24 km and to the beautiful Laacher See about 21 km. In addition, our Eifel offers a hiking and mountain bike paradise with beautiful bike paths and award-winning dream trails as well as pure peace and nature. The world-famous wine-growing regions of Rhine-Mosel and Ahr also invite you to a varied visit after a 30-minute drive with their natural beauty and many restaurants. In the apartment you are alone and undisturbed. However, if you need action, I am happy to offer guided MTB tours on great trails. Guest access Private entrance (the keys are available on arrival), parking in front of the house, bicycle cellar with tools and assembly stand. Other things to note If we are not present, our beautiful garden can be used.
