An impressive quiet studio apartment adjacent to the Little River & Beaver Creek. Small kitchenette with refrigerator, king size bed, and upon request a cot and a fold out sofa bed. Hot tub & yoga studio available upon request. Only 7 minutes to downtown Floyd The space The space has a small kitchenette, coffee maker, toaster oven, midsize fridge, water cooler with instant hot water, an electric one burner for cooking on, shampoo and conditioner are available, small deck along yoga studio is a great place to sit and listen to the river, access to hot tub and yoga studio when not in use. Fishing in the river is allowed for guests only. Air conditioning is available. Great views & access to the River and Creek from property. "On the Water" Kayak and SUP rentals 2/10ths of a mile from studio apartment, fishing from property. Walking & biking on dirt roads along the River. Half mile ridge trail behind the studio. Clear, cold mountain creek across from the studio, awesome creek to wet your feet & play, or to sit and listen to the roaring creek. The water is good, but does have iron it. We have a whole house filter that filters most of the iron out. There's always a 5gal dispenser of spring water available for drinking if iron is an issue for you. Guest access River, creek, hot tub (rsvp), medium size fridge, yoga studio (rsvp), electric 2 burner stove, toaster oven/oven, outdoor grill available upon request. Check in at 3pm. Check out 11am. Other things to note Hot tub instructions available on kitchenette table, please reserve before arrival. Sauna is $10 per person and needs to be reserved for use.
